Why doesn’t the timer accept "1:30" or "1.5" as a time duration?

Ticker currently requires standard Jira duration formatting (like 1h 30m or 90m).

Custom input formats like clock times (1:30) or decimals (1.5) aren’t supported just yet, but improving time input parsing is on the roadmap to make this much more flexible in a future update!
