My license expired while set to Tempo logging, and now I can't log time!

You can easily fix this by switching back to standard Jira logging! Just disconnect Tempo from your Jira site in Settings to restore direct time logging for free.

Because Tempo integration is a Ticker Pro feature, Ticker pauses logging while Tempo is set as your default method on an expired license. We definitely don’t want to hold your workflow hostage—if the free version fits your needs, removing the Tempo integration from your site configuration gets you back up and running right away.
